We at Trendzyhunt want you to love what you order! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You can request a return only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Return requests must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
• Sale or clearance items are non-returnable.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us at trendzyhunt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return pickup or courier.
• Items must be returned in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.
4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
• For COD orders, refund will be made to the customer’s bank account (details will be requested).
5. Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
• In other cases, return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund amount.
